Paving Worker at NCC Asphalt Värmland

For the upcoming season (starting in April 2026), we are looking for three new employees for our paving operations at NCC Industry in Värmland. If you find it exciting, developing, and stimulating to be part of one of Sweden's leading companies in asphalt, you should apply for this job.

The Role of Paving Worker
As a paving worker, you will work closely with your colleagues, clients, and customers. You will be part of a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the jobs vary, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, which means work is primarily carried out from April to December.

Your Profile
You have a basic education equivalent to high school level, preferably in technology or construction and civil engineering. We expect you to have practical experience working with asphalt or in the construction industry.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, can work independently, and is attentive to time and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and collaboration. Flexibility and adaptability, as well as good communication skills, are required.

It is essential for you to communicate and live by our values of Honesty, Trust, and Respect, as well as NCC's strategies.

Additional Information:
A driving license (B) is required; a BE license and a certificate for wheel loader operation are advantageous. The position is a seasonal employment/permanent full-time position primarily based in Värmland, but work may temporarily occur in a larger geographical area.
